Explore the diversity of renewable materials and their role in building a sustainable future.  This online resource has three parts:

• Recognising renewables: Students test their knowledge of renewables, and where they come from, with sorting activities.
• Renewables past present and future: This game lets students investigate the use of renewables past and present, and create a renewable future in their house.
• Careers in renewables: Watch videos exploring the range of careers available in the Renewable World.

The Renewable World is a Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) project, developed as part of the Growing Schools programme. It is managed by Farming and Countryside Education (FACE).  The Renewable World game is underpinned by sound science, coordinated by the NNFCC.
