Play the Stabilization Wedges game from Princeton University.  There are lots of strategies we could use to minimise our greenhouse gas emissions and prevent global warming.  This game shows pupils that we already have the technology to do this but there is no single strategy.  Using biomass fuels is highlighted as one strategy we could use to reduce carbon emissions.  In the game, students are challenged to pick strategies and justify their choices in terms of costs and benefits.  The game involves working in teams and giving presentations.
